Our Medical Billing Rate

At Capstone, our pricing is simple and transparent. We charge 5% of the total revenue collected monthly. If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid and that encourages us to do the best job possible. We also don’t believe in penalizing smaller practices by charging a monthly minimum.

Month-to-month billing plan with the option to cancel your agreement at any time. No restrictive, long-term contracts.

Free Billing Analysis

Using remote screen sharing software we will review your eClinical system setup, workflows, and financials for the most common issues that we see affecting private practices. We will never have direct access to your system, and you control everything. We can power through in as little as 15 minutes, or if you have the time, we can explain each data point in depth. We are not going to fix everything for you but can provide basic recommendations and point you in the right direction.

Eligibility is frequently one of the top claim denials. If your automated eligibility module is not set up for every payer possible you are losing out. The same goes for electronic claims transmission, ERA, and EFT. This is low hanging fruit that should be utilized to its fullest. Unfortunately, this can be difficult and time consuming to do.
